Description
China Quality Certification Center (CQC) released revised certification implementation rules for China RoHS compliance on December 19, 2025. The update adjusts certification reference standards to include either GB/T 26572-2011 (with Amendment 1) or GB 26572-2025, in accordance with the joint announcement by SAMR and MIIT (No. 44 of 2025) on adjusting the applicable standards for China RoHS conformity assessment. New testing method standards GB/T 39560.302 and other GB/T 39560 series methods are added. The rules affect certification categories 330101-330112 covering various electrical and electronic products.
