Description
ECHA adopted its 12th Recommendation for the inclusion of substances in Annex XIV (Authorisation List) to REACH on 18 November 2025. This recommendation advises the European Commission on which SVHCs from the Candidate List should be prioritised for the authorisation requirement. Companies using these substances will need to apply for authorisation if the Commission adopts the recommendation.
