Description

The Nevada State Board of Pharmacy posted a Notice of Intent to act upon a regulation and scheduled a public hearing to amend NAC 453.510 (Schedule I) to add dipentylone and seven fentanyl-related substances to Nevada Schedule I, stated as conforming with federal Uniform Controlled Substances Act scheduling. If adopted, these substances would become Schedule I controlled substances in Nevada, impacting screening, handling/registration controls, and potential enforcement risk for entities that manufacture, distribute, dispense, or otherwise handle controlled substances in Nevada.
