HB1295 proposes PFAS product manufacturer reporting requirements

HB1295 amends the PFAS Reduction Act to require, on or before January 1, 2027, any manufacturer of a product sold, offered for sale, or distributed in Illinois that contains intentionally added PFAS to submit specified information to the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
