Description
Under Amara’s Law, the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) requires manufacturers of products containing intentionally added per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) to report product and chemical information to the state.
The MPCA has extended the initial reporting deadline to allow additional time for manufacturers to collect supply chain data and prepare disclosures.
The initial PFAS report is due by July 1, 2026, with subsequent reports required annually by February 1.
