Description
EPA issued a direct final rule under TSCA Section 8(a)(7) changing the data submission period for PFAS reporting (40 CFR Part 705), delaying the start date from November 12, 2024 to July 11, 2025 with corresponding changes to end dates. The agency cited budgetary constraints affecting timely development and testing of the Central Data Exchange (CDX) reporting application as the reason for the delay.
