EPA finalized a rule modifying the start of the TSCA Section 8(a)(7) one-time PFAS reporting submission period. The start is no longer a fixed date (previously April 13, 2026) and instead is triggered 60 days after the effective date of a forthcoming EPA revision to the TSCA PFAS reporting rule.
