Description

The Persistent Organic Pollutants (Amendment) Regulations 2025 were made on 11th March 2025 and came into force on 1st April 2025. The regulations exercise powers under Articles 7(6), 15(1), 15(2), and 18(1) of Regulation (EU) 2019/1021 on persistent organic pollutants, implementing the UK's Stockholm Convention commitments.
