Description

The Persistent Organic Pollutants (Amendment) Regulations 2025 were made on March 11, 2025 and came into force on April 1, 2025. These regulations amend the assimilated POPs Regulation (EU) 2019/1021 to update Great Britain's implementation of Stockholm Convention requirements, including reflecting international decisions on POPs listings and exemptions adopted by the Conference of the Parties.
