Description
The Stockholm Convention POPRC-21 has issued draft terms of reference for the review of the specific exemption for the use of perfluorooctyl iodide (PFOI) for the production of perfluorooctyl bromide (PFOB) for pharmaceutical manufacturing purposes, pursuant to paragraph 3 of part X of Annex A to the Convention. This guidance document supports the technical review of an existing exemption under the Stockholm Convention.
