EPA proposes one-year extension of reporting deadline for TSCA Section 8(d) Health and Safety Data Reporting Rule

EPA proposed to extend the reporting deadline by one year to May 21, 2027 for the one-time TSCA Section 8(d) Health and Safety Data Reporting Rule submissions.
