EPA Proposes TSCA SNURs Batch 26-3

EPA is proposing Significant New Use Rules (SNURs) under TSCA for certain chemical substances subject to premanufacture notices (PMNs) and EPA Orders. Once finalized, the SNURs would require 90-day advance notification to EPA before manufacturing or processing these substances for designated significant new uses. This proposal initiates a public comment period.
