Description
EPA published a Federal Register rule extending the postponement of effectiveness for certain provisions related to conditions imposed on TSCA §6(g) exemptions in the 2024 TSCA trichloroethylene (TCE) risk management rule. The postponement was extended so that, as of Feb. 17, 2026, the affected provisions are postponed until May 18, 2026.
