EPA final rule updates TSCA New Chemicals regulations (including PFAS/PBT ineligibility for LVE/LoREX and updated determination requirements)

EPA finalized amendments to the TSCA new chemicals regulations governing EPA’s review of Premanufacture Notices (PMNs) and Significant New Use Notices (SNUNs).
