EPA Finalizes PCE and CTC TSCA Compliance Date Extensions

EPA finalized extensions to compliance dates for perchloroethylene (PCE) and carbon tetrachloride (CTC) risk management rules under TSCA. Initial monitoring compliance extended to June 21, 2027. ECEL compliance, regulated areas, training programs, and PPE requirements extended to September 20, 2027. PCE exposure control plan deadline extended to December 20, 2027. This affects manufacturers, processors, and users of these solvents who must implement Workplace Chemical Protection Program requirements.
